Blanket Bay, Glenorchy

During my stay at Blanket Bay, the dining experience was nothing short of lovely. Every meal was exquisitely prepared, especially the scallops and venison, which were highlights of my evening. The pre-dinner cocktail hour was equally good, with drinks crafted by a talented bartender who really knew his craft. It was amazing to connect with other guests while enjoying such fine cuisine. I left every meal feeling genuinely satisfied and eager for the next. Simply lovely!

I took full advantage of the spa and leisure facilities at Blanket Bay during my visit. I indulged in a couple of massages, which were exactly what I needed after a long day. The warm swimming pool, complemented by a stunning view outside, was a favorite spot for unwinding. I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere; it felt like a secluded retreat. Overall, my time in the spa was rejuvenating and enhanced my entire experience at the lodge.

I found the media and entertainment options at Blanket Bay to be good. One of my favorite moments was watching 'Lord of the Rings' in the cozy TV and games room, knowing that we were so close to where parts of the movie were filmed. It felt special to combine leisure and entertainment in such an iconic setting. The ambiance made the experience thoroughly enjoyable, making it a nice part of my stay.
